Superteen 2013

We're only on our third full day of Superteen 2013, and God is moving in big ways! Praise Him for bringing our speaker, Dougan Sherbondy, to Phantom Ranch this Summer. The campers seem to be relating to his messages and are allowing them to impact their hearts. After hearing Dougan's message on trashing "Plan B" (just like Elisha), Superteeners sat around the campfire and metaphorically burned their "plows".

Jesus replied, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God." Luke 9:62

Some campers shed tears, all rejoiced! Some of these teens are ready to leave behind their distractions and pursue the one and only way.

We've been having a lot of fun too; playing a lot of fun games like Random Treasures, Animal Relay (similar to the Roughriders' version, Diego's Animal Rescue) and SURGE! It's been high-energy and go go go everyday, which is keeping all of the staff on their toes! Tonight, campers will play MEGA ASSAULT and later, they'll snack on some pizza and gear up for Open Mic night!
Please pray for our Superteen campers this week. Pray for energy, strength, focus, and leaving behind their distractions so that they may focus on God!
