First Presbyterian Church Camp 2013

Our First Presbyterian campers from Evanston have been here for about 3 days now, and it seems to me they are having a blast! These kids are getting the opportunity to explore all facets of camp; such as banana boating and tubing on the water front, creating masterpieces in the craft corral, riding horses, playing night games, and the best part of all...learning about their Savior, Jesus Christ.

They participate in Chapel twice a day, which has been a huge blessing. I had the pleasure of listening in on some First Pres small groups earlier today for their "Morning Watch". It was so spirit-lifting to see these campers memorizing bible verses, sharing their thoughts on serving their communities, and really digging into their devotionals. I can't wait to see what else God has in store for them.

Tomorrow will be filled with worship songs, swimming lessons, trips to The Canteen for ice cream, paintball targets, and much more! The campers are making great memories and having tons of fun in the process! Please keep these guys as well as their counselors in your prayers.

Your child's experience at Phantom Ranch Bible Camp does not have to end this week! Summer Camp registration is up over 15% from last year- but there is still time to register your child for camp! Please visit www.phantomranch.org/sc for more information.
