Pathfinders Update

Here's an update on Pathfinders from Olen:

I can't believe that it is Thursday morning already. The week has gone
by so fast!

The Pathfinders have done tons of fun stuff so far this week:
Archery, paintball, slack line, fire building class, canoe tipping and
then getting the water back out, banana boat ride, horse clinic, long
distance archery, tomahawk throwing, Wolf Pack leaders hunt, Jeff's
amazing made up game, team building, 6:00 am fishing, survival
bracelet craft, star walk and more.

This was all in the first three days!

Tuesday afternoon we also loaded up all the canoes, grabbed a couple
of lifeguards, and paddled across the lake to eat supper at the park.
Then we paddled back. The round trip according to my GPS was 3.7
miles. Going out was rough going because of the strong head wind,
coming back was much easier. Many of the boys fished on the way back.

The programming team has been working to make the activities enjoyable
for all the different interests of the boys. It looks like we have
found a good balance because they are all having a good time, going to
bed tired, and waking up ready for more!
